Private Ninja Training: Offerings

After dedicating the last 14 years to studying with the best teachers and masters I could find, I developed my own holistic movement system called TrainDeep, which consists of several different movement practices.

Classes are taught in my meditation room aka “The Play Room” in Chelsea, except for the “Primal Workout” which is taught outside. Additionally, I’m available for holistic personal training and work out of Peak Performance, one of the best gyms in the city.

If you need help figuring out which class is best for you, or you’d like a whole program designed specifically for you with several teaching elements, just let me know! One of the most fun and effective ways to do this is to create a specific game – based on your future goals and present abilities – with a points system to help you be consistent, get feedback, and realize success as fast as possible.

TrainDeep®: Ninja Regeneration- based on Tai Chi, Qigong, and yogic principles, this session is a gentle movement meditation experience that will boost your immune system. Breath work is emphasized, and some seated, standing, and lying meditation techniques will be shared. Deepen your intuition and ability to listen to your body, recover faster from your workouts, and leave feeling high as a kite (naturally)!

TrainDeep®: Primal Workout- come experience the great out doors, exploring natural environments using primal movements suck as climbing, jumping, rolling, balancing, and running.  Learn all the moves your ancestors used to survive and thrive, engage all of your senses, and play games to get in touch with your inner child. The trees, fences, monkey bars, rocks, and hills of NYC parks are our gym.

TrainDeep®: Ninja Warrior Workout-  Get super strong without getting bulky – and be able to do epic shit with your body: handstands, pullups, muscle ups, human flag, crow, levers, and basic acrobatics.  Emphasis is on body-weight training, technique, whole body control, and balance. Being a warrior is a sacred path to awakening, and mastering the body’s ability to move itself allows one to remove all internal blocks to greatness.

TrainDeep®: Ninja Yoga- a combination of Qigong and Kundalini yoga (with a splash of Vinyasa) this powerful body-mind-breath practice will leave you feeling amazing, relaxed, and balanced.  It’s deeply restorative and healing, using pranayama (yogic breath), mantra (chanting), and integrates Taoist principles with yogic asana, allowing your mind to become more relaxed yet agile, and your body more flexible yet powerful.

Dragon Gate Tantra – private sessions are by invitation only. In most cases, you will need to be studying with me for a least a year before we can even consider going down this sacred wisdom path together.

Tantra for Couples: The Alchemy of Love – Reclaim the true spirit of love as a courageous weapon for cutting through illusion and awakening to reality. A playful exploration of love relationships as a spiritual practice – learn exercises to deepen trust, communications, and pleasure. While all clothes will remain on, this is a deeply intimate practice. Intimacy, or “in-to-me-I-see”, uses the powerful reflection of your partner as a mirror for reflection and clear perception, using your partner to gaze deeper into yourself.

How much do you cost? Depends on what you mean. I’m not cheap, but you’re only interested in the best, right? Health is a little like buying an apartment – you can pay now, or you can pay later, what when you pay later, you always pay more. Just as important as the financial cost is energy cost that working together requires. You will need to devote time and energy to your goals, especially when you’re on your own: there are 168 hours in a week, and we’ll be together for 3 of them (at the most). Wellness is a 24/7 endeavor. I’ll guide you when you are on your own, and the more closely you follow my guidance, the quicker you’ll realize your goals.

Where do you train? Mainly in Chelsea and Flat Iron neighborhoods. I have my own Ninja Play room studio, where I privately teach Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, and some of the other secret ninja arts. For hard core personal training, I work out of Peak Performance, which is ranked one of the best gym’s in the country by Men’s Fitness. I also lead outdoor workouts and occasionally house calls.

What is your holistic perspective? What is exercise for empowerment? It’s exactly what ninjas due – we train for a greater mission in life: our reason why, life mission, or personal dream. We can’t separate what we do from why we do it, so if we are going to get in absolute mind blowing shape and develop our personal power to a high degree, it’s best to have clarity on why we are training and how we’ll use that power.

What kinds of exercises do we do?  All kinds – could be anything from body-weight to kettlebells, to yoga, to Tai Qi, to meditation, kungfu or acrobatics.
