Learn How To Heal Yourself Through Movement
For wellness professionals in NYC, August is by far the slowest month of the year because so many students and clients go away for vacation.

All offerings take place either at my private healing studio in Chelsea or in Madison Square Park.
- Primal Movement – $30 for 45min – 2 -3 students max: Come learn how to heal your body, dissolve joint pain, and increase strength simply by rocking, rolling, and crawling on the ground. Dates: Wednesdays August 1st, 23rd, & 30th @6:30pm
- Anti-Cancer Qigong – $30 for 45min – 2 -3 students max: Learn Master Ghou Lin’s anti-cancer “wind healing walk” which has been used in China to treat and even cure many forms of cancer. Dates: Thursday August 3rd @ 6pm, and Tuesdays August 22nd, and 29th @ 6:30pm
- Wudan Tai Chi – $30 for 30min – 2 students max: Come learn the Tai Chi form or refine your practice with personal attention and semi-private instruction. Dates: Mondays August 21 & 28th @ 6pm
- Qigong Energy Healing Quickie – 1-on-1 – $45 for 20 Minutes: Experience the blissful, relaxing, and ancient practice of Qi healing projection. By Appointment only.
- Medical Qigong Healing Session – 1-on-1 $45 for 20 minutes – based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, this therapeutic practices use sound healing, energy project, qi needles (non-invasive) and energy healing to balance the bodies subtle energy channels. By Appointment only.
